Company welfare

1. Employee village: our company is constructing a residential area for employees, we call it Kete employee village. Inside the village, there are staff building, employee dormitory area, eatery, and recreation room etc facilities. Staffs can move in the village and enjoy relative facilities according to the rules of the company and request of themselves.

2. Training: company provides all kinds of training for staffs, provide materials, and assign certain staff for other trainings outside the company.

3. Correspondence allowance: company will pay mobile phone allowance to part of staffs according to different job position and the need of the work.

4. Social insurance: company buy social insurance for employees according to national regulation.

5. Yearly bonus: company will pay employee yearly bonus according to last year¨s business situation and the performance of the staff.

6. Well-being activity: company will hold some recreational and sports activities aperiodically. And will hold party or traveling program in holidays aperiodically.
